definitely a Champagne to remember!

Wow, the Ruinart Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2010 is quite the experience! The smoky, flinty notes mixed with dried lemons and hazelnuts felt so elegant. The creaminess paired with the tangy sharpness was like a perfect dance on my palate. And that lingering hint of hazelnuts? Fabulous! Definitely a champagne to remember.
